Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Remix.me app and website collect, why, and what control you have. Remix.me is operated by CORVAISIER, 35270 COMBOURG, FRANCE (the "operator", "we", "us"). It applies to the iOS and macOS apps and to remix.me.

What we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name (only if you choose to share it) and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address) to create and identify your account.
• Your remix wishlist. When you share a track into the app or save one in the app, we store its metadata only (artist, title, label, and a link). We never collect or store the audio itself.
• Device push token. If you enable notifications, we store an Apple Push Notification token so we can tell you when stems for a track you want become available.
• Technical logs. Basic, short-lived diagnostic logs (such as request and error logs) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To create your account and provide the service.
• To keep one remix wishlist in sync across the app and the website.
• To send the notifications you opt into.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not show third-party advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Apple, for Sign in with Apple and for delivering push notifications. The service runs on infrastructure shared with our sister service, DJing.com, which is operated by the same operator. We may disclose data where required by law.

Legal basis

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process account and wishlist data to perform our agreement with you (providing the service), and we send notifications on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which deletes or anonymizes the Remix.me data associated with it. Diagnostic logs are kept only for a short period.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children

Remix.me is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
